Three little 'ghouls' take trip to the farm and find all sorts of spooky delights. Witches, bats, ghosts and more are waiting for them on Halloween.
What I Liked: This was a cute, easy to read book for kids who like spooky stories. The illustrations were detailed and fun. I love how the text follows the same rhyming pattern as Old Mcdonald Had A Farm as kids will likely already know the tune and it will make it more fun to learn the story.
What Left Me Wanting More: I would have liked a few more verses, but there is enough to keep children entertained.
Final Verdict: A wonderfully illustrated, fun read. While a Halloween book, this can be read year round to kids who enjoy magic, dressing up, and slightly spooky tales. I would definitely recommend it.
