I LOVE MY BLANKIE is the perfect board book for children from their baby period and older, especially if they have their own security blanket. Security items, such as blankets, can help children during the toughest of times and it’s nice to see a book celebrating that comfort piece. The adorable pictures and rhyming scheme are the traditional Sandra Magsamen style with bold colors and dark outlines that everyone loves. There is a hole in the book for a soft blanket to poke out through on each page and you just pull it back through when you finish the book. I love the animal main characters and the overall simplistic, yet colorful formatting of the book.


Final Verdict: I would recommend this to babies and older who enjoy interactive board books. It would make a sweet present along with a blanket for a little one.
