I Love You to the Moon and Back tells the story of a bear and her cub as they go about their day. The bear tells her cub how much she loves them through all the activities they do throughout the day. The bear also tells her cub the various ways in which they can show each other their love.

What I liked: This is a book that I had seen before and I was so excited to see that it was being published again. I appreciate how the author uses the images to show the day-to-day activities that the bears are engaging in and how those activities show their love for one another. I love how the bears are showing love in everyday activities showing that the love they have for one another is unconditional and never ending.

There is a good contrast between the words on the page and the backgrounds making it easy to read the story aloud. The words are simple to read making it so young children will understand the story and be able to follow along with the pictures.

Final Verdict: I Love You to the Moon and Back is a great bedtime story for children ages 2 and up. Children will love seeing how the things the bears are doing are reflected in some of the ways they play with their families. Adults will enjoy reading this to their loved ones and showing them various ways in which they love them.
