This book was a book that I got as a gift from the Library. It just so happened that I saw the Lifetime movie about it. Its about a bunch of teenagers who hate a teacher for being so hard on them. They kidnap him as a prank, but then it turns to a murder. Very suspensful and I loved every minute of it.

Killing Mr. Griffin was good, until it got to the end..I really hated the way Lois Duncan ended it. It was really dumb and way too quick..All the things that were getting questioned were never really answered.. Sure its a great book if you cut it in half. But the ending is supposed to be the best part!!

Killing Mr Griffen is a compelling novel. Mr. Griffen is a hard teacher, and doesn't ever give A's, because nothing is ever perfect in his eyes. Mark, a boy who flunked Mr Griffen's class once, and is forced to re-do his class comes up with the crazy plot of kidnapping their teacher. Mark drags four other of his peers into this crazy idea. What started out as just a harmless kidnapping to show Mr. Griffen what they think of him ends up as a murderer.

I think that Killing Mr Griffen was an excellent read. Although it has a sort of unlikely plot (where five teenagers kidnapp their teacher) you get so into the book that you feel like you are assisting the crime. I think that there could've been a better setting to this book instead of New Mexico, but the setting is important, as it helps them hide the body of their teacher. The book starts off as a typical school day at school, and at the end of the book turns out as a tradgity.

Scared me! Students "Killing Mr. Griffin" really hit home with this English teacher. A great fast read -- so much better than the movie.

I read the book, Killing Mr. Griffin, for a project in my english class. I read it in less than a day, and I just loved it! It kept me reading every page 'till the end!

The only thing I didn't like is you don't know whether they gpt to jail or not, or at least what happens. It's a great book for teens, and adults would probably like it too. I know I loved it!!!

i thought that the book was a great depiction of how many high school english students feel... there was a latin phrase used in the book, it meant, "let the free spirit soar." i was wondering if anyone knows this phrase. if you do, could you please email it to me? thanks!

I think that this is a great book because it has alot of suspence and it is a real page turner. Another reason is because it always stays on track not canstanly skipping back-and-forth beween to or more conflicts.

I think that Lois Duncan is a great writer and i plan to read alot more books by her.
