Morning Rising is a story about the power of love--with a twist. That love spans parallel worlds, and is the key to unlocking the powers necessary to defeat evil. It's a tale of near loss and triumphant redemption, of intrigue and betrayal. Ultimately Kara and Dylan rout the forces of evil in In-Between, or so it seems. They find evil has a long half-life.

Samantha Boyette is an up and coming author who has a true gift for story-telling and a knack for making you bond with her characters very quickly. Young adults will easily identify with the main characters and the issues they face, and will be drawn into the turmoil they encounter when thrust into a situation they could never have imagined. The story spans multiple worlds, but they are so well crafted that the story remains about the main characters--and how their relationship is the key to their survival. Definitely a recommended read!
