Hanna comes from a family of supers, but has no powers of her own. Working in her father's lab, she desperately tries to replicate them for herself. Every aspect of her life controlled, she feels like the outsider in her family. Until she is cast out and must work fast to get powers of her own.
What I liked:
Hanna is an interesting character. She is smart and works hard, but it doesn't seem to be appreciated because she isn't super like her siblings. You can sympathise with her. The story is well written and I enjoyed reading about the different powers and how they were used.
What Left Me Wanting More:
I think while Hanna's story is important I would have liked to have seen a bit more of her siblings in action.
This is an entertaining read and I think fans of UA and similar books would really enjoy reading it.
