I loved submerging myself (watery metaphor?) in this dystopian fantasy and was really rooting for Libby right from the beginning. A great read and thoroughly recommend.
Good Points
Completely believable future world where water has overtaken most of the earth. Wonderful main character in the tough but vulnerable Libby and the secretive Cosimo is the perfect foil.
