I read this book before the movie hit theatres, and I thought it was wonderfully written, and perfectly conveyed the love of the main characters.  When I saw the movie, I was thankfully hit with the main characters chemistry, however there is something about reading a book, and comparing it to its movie, even if the actors are your favorite actors, that reminds you of times in the book that melted your heart or touched your life, and really brought you into the story.  The movie was wonderful, but even if you have seen the movie, I would definitely recommend reading the book, because there is more to the story in the book that is missed in the movie!
