This was a great book that dealt with sibling relationships and fresh starts. Two sisters leave NYC and promising dance careers behind for a small town. The older sister (the more talented dancer) immediately fits in and takes to the new lifestyle, while the younger one still feels attached to her old life. It's almost painful to see Katie watch Michaela move on and push her out of her life.
In the end, we find that Michaela has done a 180 where her future ambitions are concerned. It is sad in some ways, but still very good.
I'd highly recommend this book to anyone interested in ballet or dance of any kind. Very intriguing.
