In a classic be careful what you wish for-like story, Sam is transported back to Medieval times through a hand gesture. Shes just smashed part of her fathers BMW in a rush with her friend, Lori and brother, Jason, to the drug store for a special hair product to fix her bad permanent and highlights. Now she is stuck in the time of Edward VI of England. Sam helps him with consumption and gains the attention of court. Shes jaded the royals and nobles all around and made friends with Lady Jane Grey, the kings cousin. But, soon, her appearance in this day creates trouble in the court. What will she do? How will she get back?
Timeless Love is a creative and lovely story that explains the be careful what you wish for idea. I enjoyed Timeless Love because it was a fantasy fiction novel. I like to read about Medieval times. My favorite part was at the party in the end. I recommend this for ages 12 and up. I rate it 4 stars for individuality and intrigue in Timeless Love. Check out "Mary, Bloody Mary," "Beware Princess Elizabeth," and "Doomed Queen Anne" if you enjoyed Timeless Love by Judith O'Brien.
