This book is basically filled with personal stories from real life teens about issues and situations that teens go through, including self harm, sexual abuse, teen killers, suicide and a few others.
I would recommend this book to anyone, 13 and older. I just got down reading it a few days ago. I think that teenagers should read this, along with older adults. Some of the personal stories really are touching. It's hard to read this book and not feel affected by at least one of the topics mentioned in this book. No matter if you're trying to understand yourself, or if you're just curious, this book will be a good choice.
