Katie.com is a true story. That just makes it all the worse. It's about a girl who lives in a 'Beverly Hills' type of home, has everything she wants...but love. Her parents arent very close to her, so when she discovers the internet...well, you can guess. This was in the beginning of the net, where no one really understood its brilliance or danger. When Katie finds chat rooms, she instantly meets a 23 year old, nice, caring guy named Mark. When their relationship deepens, things start feeling wrong. Katie is loosing her friends and everything shes known, but as long as she has Mark, she thinks everythings okay. Its definately not. When she agrees to meet Mark in a hotel in Texas, her life will be changed forever.
