This is a great story based around a family that has been reborn through out time to fight these creatures known as the jin. As far as i could tell these monsters were on this planet before mankind. There are some religious overtones to this book but nothing over the top. Now this race of creatures hate humans, they want only to see us destroyed.The family themselves are really unique and they feel real and by the end of the book you care about the family and your rooting for them. You really care about these guys by the end of the book oh the end of the book is really good. I mean i cannot wait for the next one. The writer leaves you hanging by a thread with one heck of a cliffhanger.

So if you want a good story, really well done monsters and tons of action check this one out, you wont regret it.
