A high school junior, video game addict Emerson Watts is a loner at her school, along with her friend Christopher. And despite her loner status, Emerson is content with most of her life. Maybe things could better, such as her little sister's obsession with the people Emerson and Christopher dubbed the Walking Dead.
But that's when everything ends.
On an irritating trip to the opening of a new Stark Megatore, where Em and Christopher have to supervise Emerson's little sister, things all change.
In fact.
(just as it says on the back cover)
"Emerson Watts is gone. Nikki Howards is here to stay" pretty much sums it all up.
It's a great book that all Meg Cabot fans should pick up ASAP
