Anne Frank was just a young girl born during the wrong period of time. She was Jewish during the Second World War and the reign of terror instilled by Hitler and the Nazis. Anne Frank received a blank diary on her 13th birthday, just weeks before she and her family went into hiding in an attic. Her diary chronicles 25 months of understanding with her parents, sister, a second family, and a middle-aged dentist who has little tolerance for Anne's energy. I loved this novel and I can imagine where we would be without it. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

If you are a person interested in reading stuff such as diaries or journals, go to your nearest library or bookstore and pick up the diary of Anne Frank. Read her entries about her struggle to get through the Holocaust. Share the moments she has spending a part of her life in the attic of a ladies house to escape the evilness of Hitler and the Nazis. If you want to know more about Anne and her journey through life then, read Anne Frank's diary.

I hated this book. I think the story of Anne Frank is sad and I'm sorry that all this happened to her, but i did not like the book at all. It's start's repeating after a while. it was really boring and i wish my class had not read it.

This book was pretty good, just a little hard to understand. Anne Frank had written this for herself, not for millions of people, so everything was not always so clear, you would need a little background information on her life. It probably portrayed a realastic veiw on how many familys hid during the Holocaust. Unless your very good at noticing details and filling in gaps. For 10+.
