Naomi, Owen and their Great Grandmother are making it on their own in a trailer park in New Mexico. They aren't rich, but the Great Grandmother cares for them, even though Owen is a special needs child. When their mother, who abandoned them 7 years earlier, shows up, the secure home that they knew is at risk. She wants to renew the family relationship for all the wrong reasons. Naomi, Owen and the Great Grandmother set off on a journey to keep their family in tact and Naomi learns to roar when she needs to stand up and voice her opinion. Definitely a 5.
