Review Detail

First off, our household loves Binky. I was lucky enough to read the first Binky book back when it was nominated for the Cybil awards. I fell in love with this tale of a cat who tries to protect his humans from the aliens outside.
Binky Under Pressure is just as adorable and fun as the first book in the series. In this story Binky has to prove he's fit enough to be a F.U.R.S.T leader. What's that? A feline of the universe ready for space travel. Another cat has joined the household and what happens between them is fun and also hilarious at times.

This is a sweet and fun tale that is sure to appeal to children. The dialogue, attics, and yes, even a few farts, work to make this a must read. I also love the illustrations which do a great job conveying what Binky is thinking.

Now if only Binky can come over to our house to help out with our own alien invasion!
