In this book Kate, who works for the Huiman Resource center, has to fire one of the staff's favortie employess of all time because Ida (the employeee) refuses to serve Amy (kate's boss) a piece of pie. Ida understands of course but, as she belongs to a union, she sues.
Amy's lawyer is her fiancee's younger brother. But when Amy fires Kate as well its up to Mitch and Kate's loyal friends to reinstate her and fire the evil boss...also will Mitch and Kate fianlly admit their true feelings.
I reccomend this to all romance lovers.
