Poor GRace! She has to spend the summer reading and she hates it. So she got a couple of bad grades this year in reading, what does it matter? Well her parents believe she could do better so they agree to let her go to camp only if she promises to finish the books they give her. Worse of all, she doesn't tell her bunkmates. And the story gets better!

this is the third bookand just as good as the others. its still the same time at camp but just like everyone else, grace is having problems of her own. since she failed readind the past semister, she made a deal with her persons so they'd let her go to camp. she has to read the call of the wild and the jungle book by the end of the summer. she's too embarassed to tell her friends but when her parents say she cant go to wetwoeld or audition for the camp play, grace has no clue what to do. she has one week left to finish call of the wild but she just cant seem to get her head in theh book. what will her fellow bunkmates do when they find out?
plus, grace suddenly feels left out wheneveryone in her bunk pairs up and she's left alone. then gaby, a girl from their rival bunk 3A starts being nice to her, grace thinks she definatly going to make a camp best friend but it doesnt look like gaby feels the same way.

i would recommend this book to tweens and preteens.
