Anne Boleyns story is one that is often told with disgust or pity the girl who rose from the low position of merely Lady Anne to become the queen of, what was almost five hundred years ago the greatest empire on Earth, Great Britain, only to be beheaded by order of her own husband, King Henry VIII. Reading the story from her point of view didnt make me like her much better, but gave me a whole different meaning to the story. If you are interested in historic fiction, then this is a must-read it is well written, and not at all broing.
