How would you feel if you get lost, just once, and end up with solving a murder? That's how Ingrid feels. She makes the mistake of trying to get to practice on her own and ends up in the flats. When someone is there to offer help, she takes it, and ends up hearing a murder. She could walk away, but she makes the mistake of leaving her red soccer cleats at the seen.

When she needs them back, and tries to get them but, she gets in even more trouble. If being on the soccer team and the lead role of a play isn't enough Ingrid has to follow her role model Sherlock Holmes and and solve the murder she listened to all by herself. It would be great to work alone and stay away from the police, but the chief is the father of the guy she likes. Down the rabbit hole is right, if being in the play isn't enough one of her costars is in fact a criminal who is leading a double life. He returns to his hometown not for friends and fun but, to finish the job he started.
And who says drama is just for the stage? If you are in the mood for a great mystery filled with action, teenage life and murder, this is for you.

Loved this book. If it's good enough for Stephan King, it's good enough for me. I loved this mystery and again, it was another book I just could not put down.
