Anders and Rayna are twins and orphans, but they've always had each other. When Rayna turns into a scorch dragon and Anders turns into an ice wolf their lives change completely. Wolves and dragons are meant to be enemies and it's unheard of for them to be in the same family.

Anders has always counted on Rayna, but when she's taken by the dragons, he must save her. Dragons are known to be evil creatures and he's scared of what they'll do to her. The only way Anders can learn about where Rayna has been taken is by joining the academy. Here, he meets a lot of new faces who try to make sure he feels like he belongs there. Like he's part of the family. It only makes him miss Rayna more. But then, Lisabet catches his attention when she defends dragons during class. She may be the only one that can help him save Rayna.

This story is so original that it's like a breath of fresh air. I loved the whole concept and can't wait to see what else is to come. The ending was so epic and paved a path for the next story. One that I can't wait to get my hands on (even though this one just came out).


Final Verdict: I would recommend this to fans of dragons, wolves, fantasy, and the elements of fire and ice. This story is one you don't want to miss and I couldn't put it down as I finished it in one day.
