This book is the best in the series. Bridget goes to her soccer camp but this year she's a counsler. Eric is there to. he has a girl friend though. later in the book he choses to be with bee...Bridget.
While this is happening Lena falls in love with Kostos again. but then he gets another girl pregnet. And then he choses not to be with Lena. She is also consintrating on art school. although her father doesn't approve.
Also Carmen is staying home to help out with Lena's grandmother. And Carmen is taking her to the hopspital and when she gets there she meets a guy. They become very close and closer to the end of the book. they kiss. Carmen mother is pregnet and tibby has to be with her in the hospital because carmen and the baby's father are out. but they come and see tibby there supporting christina. Tibby is also involved with Brian. They also get very close.
this book is great and exciting. i enjoyed reading it and thik it's far better then the rest in the series. although they are all great.

I love this book. It was great. I highly recommend it to people who read the 1st and 2nd sisterhood and enjoyed them. For me personally I found Bridget and Carmen's story in this book very touching. Anybody who chooses to read this book must be warned YOU WILL NOT PUT THE BOOK DOWN. All four of the sister's stories are nice, I love them. They are four girls whose stories will keep you reading.

In my opinion, Girls in Pants is the best Sisterhood novel in the series. I found this summer of Lena, Carmen, Bridget, and Tibby's lives the most satisfying to read. All the characters have interesting and compelling happenings in their lives before their first year of college which makes this book very hard to put down. I HIGHLY recommend this book and hope you love it as much as I do.

Bridget, Lena, Tibby and Carmen are back with their famous jeans in the third installment of this wildly popular series by Ann Brashares. The girls are looking at the summer between high school and college, where they all will head in different directions. The pants step in again to help them face the future --- both separately and together.
The pants have a lot of work to do here! Bridget is spending the summer playing soccer, where she runs into Eric, her former heartbreak. Lena loves her art class, until her father realizes she is actually drawing nude men and tries to stop her from fulfilling her dream of going to art school. Carmen tries to come to terms with her mother's new marriage and other changes while trying to connect with a great new guy. Tibby gets ready for film school and struggles to make sense of her growing affection for Brian. Even with the powerful pants, the true magic of these books comes from the bond shared among these four girls. Together, they are able to see their families and situations with humor and perspective.
The problems mature with the girls, making each book in this series different. Bridget's reflections on the changes between her and Eric from two summers ago really illustrate this point. Lena also has to make sacrifices and tough decisions to achieve her dream, surprising her family and even herself.
Readers will be sad to know that the four girls will be parting ways geographically at the end of the summer when college begins, but hopefully the series will continue with future summers.

This book was a great book for Carmen. I'm so glad that she gets the experiences she did. I hope that the other characters get their stories continued into happiness, too.

This book was so great. It dealt with the girls growing up a little and realizing what each of them has inside plus the support of each other and family, they can make it in the world.
They all are sad because they know at the end of this summer they will have to separate and make a way for themselves in the world, but are hoping to still stay close. Wish it was this way but for many of us, we know that life gets busy and friends grow apart.
This book however the girls lean on each other a bit, but are a bit more independent. They learn to rely on themselves a bit more. Like Lena, who wants to go to art college but her dad forbids it. He won't pay for her to, so now she must work to get a scholarship. Carmen must deal with her mom and David having a new baby, just as she is ready to leave for college. Tibby must deal with her siblings and what she really feels about Brian. Bee is coaching a soccer camp and must deal with the past.
It all went so fast you won't want to go to sleep until you read the last page. I do hope there is another book, but this one was the best!

the book "girls in pants" by Ann Brashares is the third book of the 'Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants" trilogy. It is the thrid summer, and last before they head off to college. With new and continuing relationships, this book is the best yet.

There had better be a fourth book in the Sisterhood series! I love this series and would hate for it to be over already!
I love how much Carmen changed throughout the book, at first she hated the idea of a baby, she thought it would completely ruin her life and leave her all alone, but it was the opposite. the exact opposite. Carmen loved the baby in the end and was so happy.
I won't talk about all the characters, that would take too long. But I gotta say, in all of the Sisterhood books, Bridget has been my favorite character! She has always been the more exciting one, not as much in the second book though. Bridget is the most real of all the characters to me, its just so easy to imagine her, the hair, the soccer build, the energetic personality. Its all so easy to imagine about Bridget.
great book
