Harry Potter an 11 year old boy living with his aunt, uncle and cousin the Durselys after his parents died in a car crash.Â After tons of mysterious letters flood his home he finds out more about his past.Â On his 11th birthday Hagrid keeper of keys at Hogwarts visits Harry and tells him hes a wizard.Â After getting all his things for school he gets on the Hogwarts Express.Â He sits by himself until a boy named Ron Weasly asks to sit with him, they start talking and they soon become great friends.Â While at Hogwarts, Harry learns about the wizard world and also becomes good friends with Hermione Granger.Â Even though Hermione is a muggle (human parents not wizard parents) she is sometimes called the smartest wizard of their age.Â Harry, Hermione and Ron love their new school and cant wait to go explore it.Â They soon learn about he-who-must-not-be-named (or also known as Lord Voldomort) and how they think Snape is trying to get the Sorcerers Stone for Lord Voldomort, and destroy Harry once and for all.Â They work together and try to find out what their teachers think they are to young to know about.Â Harry not only has to save his own life from the powerful magic of the stone not just for himself but if he fails Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizarding could be closed for good.Â Â The amazing writing of JK Rowling really made me want to keep reading the book and the series even as the books got longer.
