Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick was very inspiring. It would have to be one of the best books I ever read. The books about a girl named Norah who was forced to be Patch"s lab partner, then the story get going from there. Patch is a fallen angel that was sent to protect Norah. Norah doesn't find out until she falls in love with him. I like this book a lot because it seems so realistic. Like there really is angels living with us and we don't know it.

I absolutly loved Hush, Hush. It is now my new favourite book, i loved Nora and I absolutly adored Patch. He is one of the best males I have ever read in a book series. I kinda thought it had some things that were simmilar with Fallen by Lauren Kate. That is most likley because I read it first.I really loved this book. Becca did an amazing job. Can`t wait to read the next book too.

Nora Grey is partnered up with the new guy for a school project. At first she thinks Patch is just your classic jerk, but the more time she spends with him she realizes he is something unworldly.

Hush, Hush was a wonderful debut by Becca Fitzpatrick. I enjoyed this book a lot. The story was a little slow, but picked up towards the middle of the book. The characters and the plot were awesome. I can't wait to read Crescendo!

This review is about the AMAZING book "Hush, Hush" by Becca Fitzpatrick. I had to review this book next, because it is staring at me from my shelf. I simply ADORE this book!!! I have to say this was the first book that I have read that kept me going without ever wanting to stop!!! Every single word on every single page kept me interested and intrigued. Patch?? Don't even get me started on Patch. Patch is the ultimate bad boy, and one of my FAVORITE characters of all time!!! I have such high standards when it comes to paranormal romances, and Becca Fitzpatrick is now raising the bar just a bit more!!! I recommend this book to EVERYONE to read! It's such a flirtybook with such amazing characters, and an incredible plot! Get out there and read this book. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

You know when you are attracted to a book and can't figure out why? Maybe it was the stunning cover, or the mysterious title, or even the gripping description but the fact of the matter is I was drawn to this book. In a way similar to how Nora is drawn to Patch. I bought it on the fly and don't , nay, can't regret it! Something I look for in books is how clean they are and this book was surprisingly clean I can't recall any cuss words and the most drastic love scene was a kiss. When I wasn't reading this book I couldn't help thinking about it, so like when my parents tore me away from it to eat dinner I was thinking what is Nora going to do next?  It was a book that was hard to put down so at 2:30 in the morning I was rationalizing with myself  whether to put down the book, only to  put it down and then pick it back up at 2:32 (of course I would keep reading!!). A truely captivating book that will have you guessing who exactly is in Nora's head till the very end.

As for Nora
and Patch's love story.. well, was there really one? To be honest, I
didn't see it. I actually kept praying Nora would just dump Patch right
away; I didn't see their connection. I didn't see that they cared about
each other. I just didn't get it.

Pros: It was entertaining
enough that it didn't bore me, or put me to sleep. I certainly don't
think it's a waste of time; it can be worth it, actually. That's always
a good thing.

Overall: 3 stars
Hush, Hush was
just okay. I probably expected more, because of the countless rave
reviews. It is definitely not a bad book, but it didn't stand out as
much as I had hoped. The biggest downfall, for me, would probably be
the lack of development in the plot and character department. If there
were better development and flow, this book might get a better rating.

After the endless hype, I expected Hush, Hush to be phenomenal. Lured by the beautiful, haunting cover art, I snagged this book with promise in my heart. Unfortunately, this paranormal romance only wasted my time, and left me feeling disappointed and annoyed. Throughout the novel, I noticed strong similarities to Twilight: the two main characters meet in biology (what's so romantic about biology, anyway? The bonding activity of dissecting an onion?), the klutzy girl falls in love with a dangerous angel/vampire, and paranormal forces won't let them be together. However, Hush, Hush is nothing more than a watered down, annoying version of Twilight, and I'm not even a fan of Twilight in the first place.

The romance between Patch and Nora is flat and unconvincing. Though Patch claims to be in love with Nora, it's hard to believe it when he sexually harasses her, frequently makes her feel uncomfortable, and even downright asks if she sleeps naked. His behavior displays lust, not love. Nora makes their relationship even more unbelievable by foolishly running into Patch's arms; she doesn't trust him, knows he's dangerous, and is very suspicious of him, yet she continues to love him. It is impossible to follow and root for their relationship when it's based off lust instead of love. The author tries to portray Patch as a bad boy, though I only see him as annoying and arrogant. Under different circumstances, Patch could be a strong, excellently sly character, but the author proudly brandishes him using the wrong plot.

The storyline centers around Patch and Nora's flimsy romance, with a few lazy side plots thrown in at seemingly last minute. Instead of building suspense and mystery, the obscure bandit plot line is weak and concluded poorly, featuring a handful of the least menacing villains I have ever read about. Also, what worsens the plot even further is that two-thirds of the book feature Nora pondering over Patch, musing her suspicions that something about him is awry, and leading investigations, while readers know all along that he is an angel. This slows down the book considerably. Saturated with unfulfilled potential, this book wastes too much time showing Nora brooding over Patch, while it could have featured more paranormal elements the whole fallen angel concept is fascinating. When the author finally chooses to reveal Patch's true identity, she does so brashly and does not bother to explain the heaps of angel lore she includes, leaving me confused and unsuccessfully attempting to puzzle the pieces together myself. 

Though I really wanted to like this book, it was very hard for me to, and in the end, I was nothing more than mildly entertained. I'll probably read Crescendo when it releases, only because Hush, Hush contains unused potential that could possibly be fulfilled in its sequel. Though many people will adore this book, it left a bad impression upon me.

Hush, Hush was an amazing book from start to finish. If the prologue didn't immediately capture your attention, then Patch's humor and wit did! Fitzpatrick created strong characters that you would find yourself dreaming of and wishing you could fly into the pages and join their world, no matter what was happening in the story. I am highly anticipating the sequel to this novel!

In My Opinion,, Hush, Hush Was A Great Read. There Were Many Times In Which You Said You Were Gonna Put In Down But Just Could'nt. I Loved The Twisted And Turns In This Book. Making You Changed Your Main Alot About The Main Characters.
The Use Of Words To Describe Scenes, How The Chracters Looked To The Athor So We The Readers Can Have The Same Images.
The Cover Of The Book Is One You Can't Ignore And Once I Saw It I Had To Get It. The Book Is Easy To Read And Understand.
If Anyone Was Thinking About Buying This Book,, Then You Should Otherwise You Will Regret It.

After hearing all the hype about Hush, Hush, I realized two things.

I'd cave and buy the book eventually.

I was terrified that it wouldn't live up to my expectations.

Upon reading it, I was surprised to find that Hush, Hush was
an intense, creative, and overall well-written book. It was definitely
a page-turner, proof being that I stayed up until 6AM on a school night
to finish it.

I was impressed that it was Becca Fitzpatrick's
debut novel. The writing style is wonderful, and her take on
"angelology" adds a fresh new perspective to the genre of YA
fantasy/paranormal. I definitely think that Becca has great potential
as an author and I'm excited to see what else she'll come up with in
the future.

While I enjoyed Hush, Hush,
there was something about it that I can't put my finger on that kept me
from giving it a 5. I think it might have been that I couldn't quite
understand why Patch was in
love with Nora. I felt like there wasn't a really good reason why Nora
somehow cracked his shell after so many years. Furthermore, the ending
was a bit predictable, but I must admit that it was a good way to wrap
everything up.

Despite that little issue, I really enjoyed Hush, Hush and I'm anxiously awaiting the publication of its sequel, Crescendo. I'd recommend picking this one up on your next book store run!
