SEW MUCH TROUBLE is a delightful graphic novel with lots of laughs and puns. Piggy Smalls has perfected his BBQ sauce recipe, but just after it finishes cooking, someone steals his food truck along with the sauce! Sven goes undercover in a sewing and baking competition to try to uncover the thief. While Bongo helps Sven with his mission, Marsha works on a super-secret pilot program. Chaos and hilarity ensues!

What I loved: This is such a clever and entertaining graphic novel that fits well within the series. There is loads of humor and puns throughout with explanations in footnotes on the bottom of pages. Children will giggle along with the antics of the main characters who are anything but boring. The plot moves quickly with the right pace of reveals and mystery towards the ultimate resolution.

The book is easy to follow and attention-grabbing with great use of color and expressive characters. The graphic novel style works perfectly with the story told equally through images and dialogue. The jokes are great to keep children laughing and engaged with good complexity for the middle grade audience. This book (and the series) are great for children to share with caregivers - there are plenty of jokes that adults can also get into and enjoy with young readers.

Final verdict: SEW MUCH TROUBLE is a delightful and humorous new installment in a great middle grade graphic novel series, AGENTS OF S.U.I.T. This book (and series) are perfect for children who love action/adventure, spies, and comedy.
