Minerva Clark lives in a big house with her three brothers. Her mother left a while ago and her dad is constantly MIA on business trips. One day, she is accidently electrocuted during of her brother's art shows and she loses her self-consciousness. Her newfound attitude leads her into a mystery involved a murder at the local bookstore and her seemingly perfect cousin Jordan.

Minerva is an awesome character. She's funny, slightly clueless, and inquisitive. The mystery in this book is a little far-fetched, but the ride is so fun it doesn't really matter. It's great to watch Minerva interact with all the other characters and run all over town trying to figure out what is going on. For fans of wacky mysteries.
