Georgia Byng's debut novel, "Molly Moon's Incredible Book of Hypnotism," is sure to delight the young and old alike.
Molly Moon is part Eloise, part Little Orphan Annie. She lives at an orphanage in Great Britain under the watchful gaze of a cold woman who does not particularly like children. Then Molly discovers a book on hypnotism at the library, and her world goes from dull to wow. She has an amazing knack for hypnotizing people and animals like, winning over the heart of audiences and the loveable pup Petunia the pug. When Molly's best friend Rocky is adopted and taken to the USA, she goes halfway around the world to find him, and these adventures continue when her hypnotic powers catch the eye of a crook.
This novel is fast-paced and travels from the United Kingdom to the United States and back again. The book has plenty of in-jokes and cool slang from both countries, not to mention a dog-napping, a dastardly villain, a bank robbery, a Broadway show and more! If you enjoyed this book, pick up the sequel "Molly Moon Stops the World" for even more adventures with Molly and her friends.

Molly Moon is your average girl. She is no move special than the rest of us until she finds a book of hypnotism. She learns to hypnotize people. She is an orphan and lives with her friend Rocky who also has some hypnotism in him. They go on crazy adventures and find themselves.
I loved Molly Moon she is a great girl who stand up for what she belives in. In most books the hero is always beautiful and amazing, but Molly Moon is just like you and me and it is great to read.

Molly Moon is an orphan that just wants to get out and see the world.
She finds an old tattered book in the library that teaches you how to hynotise people so she takes it home and tries it on the other orphan kids.
Escaping from the orphan, Molly flies to New York in search of finding fame and fortune!!!
Read to find out what happens...BEST BOOK!!!

I loved this book! This book is very enjoyable. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down! This book is very exciting! This book is exciting because there is non-stop action.
I would recommend this book to girls ages 9-13 because I think that they would enjoy it, and it is very age approprate.

Molly Moon is an orphan at the Hardwick House Orphanage. Miss Adderstone is the tyrant that is supposed to care for the children but she is really mean to them instead. But, Molly is no ordinary orphan. When she finds an old book in the library on hypnotism, she discovers that she has a talent for mesmerising people. Soon she is living in style but all is not well. An evil man is out there plotting to use Molly's talent to benefit himself. So watch out Molly!
You won't be able to put this high-speed adventure down. I loved it! The author kept me on the edge of my seat with twists of the plot.

This book was a very cute one. It's about a little orphan who finds a book of hypnotism in the library and unmasks her incredible hypnotic skills...little did she know that the incredible book of hynotism belongs to someone else...I thout this book as very cute, bouncy and fun. It would be a very good beach read or a light reading sort of thing. The story line was a very basic one, so at times it got pretty boring. But, for the most part, it was pretty good.
