I thought this book would be better, and longer, but it was pretty good overall. It really easy to read and has really cute pictures that go along with the story. I did enjoy the main character, Angelica Cookson Potts, who has two wierd parents, has cool friends, loves to eat and cook, but thinks she's big and wiggly. But she loves everyone in her family and house all the same.
There's a school fashion show coming up and she wants to get in shape, so diets, but that doesn't work out. She finally learns to love herself for who she is and finds out more about her mother, which brings them closer. It was quick and really heartwarming. If you like a good story to fit in your busy schedules, this book is for you. There is also a sequel, which I'll be reading soon. This is a great book for all you british fans.
