Daemon Black. That is all. OK, so, not really but still.
When I first saw that this was about aliens, I laughed. *rolls eyes* Once I started reading it though, I couldn't put it down! There's a battle between good versus evil and an even bigger battle between Katy and Daemon that left me both stressed out and breathless. *fans face*
Katy is a strong female character who doesn't see herself the way others do but comes into her own with the help of some new friends. Daemon Black is hot, snarky and completely full of himself. He's also hiding a secret, one that makes him a little bit dangerous. (Hide yo kids, hide yo wives...and yo laptops.) Together, Katy and Daemon seem to have a love/hate relationship but as the threat to both of their families increases, they'll discover they might be exactly what the other needs.
This is the first in the Lux Series and if The Covenant Series is anything to go by, this one will be just as awesome!
