Oliver Twist is an enchanting story that goes through twists and turns every minute. From an orphan with no background (but much harsh upbringing) to an assistant coffin maker, Oliver is cheerful, timid, and possesed with a feel of righteousness. After falling in with bad company, Oliver is accused falsly, kidnapped, and his good name is stained. After corageous acts and help from loving freinds, Oliver gets back on his feet. Oliver Twist has a steady plot and wonderfully detailed characters that highlights the frightening life of a lonely orpah but also the values of family, friendship and love. It's not a wonder that this book has lasted through generations and praised as one of Charles Dicken's best and most well-known book.
