Fairy Tales are usually all about princesses and faires, but this fairy tale takes the view of an ordinary boy , Christian. Well maybe Christian isn't so ordinary. He does live in a cave with his dad, who is a troll. Soon he sees a princess through his telescope and falls in love, but it is true love? And why is the queen trying to kill the princess? Maybe someone should have warned him about this.
A great book for children who love Ella Enchanted and other twisted fairy tales.
