Ruby Tuesday and her father share a strong love for baseball, especially the Los Angeles Dodgers. But there's another reason why Hollis is following the Dodgers season, he has bet on the Dodgers.

When the Dodgers win the World Series, Hollis becomes a very rich man, and also sought out by other people. His bookie is murdered. Hollis is the prime suspect in the murder. Ruby Tuesday is sent with her mother to go to las Vegas to meet up with her grandmother, Nana Sue.

During her visit, Ruby learns a lot about her family and begins to understand how her family works and she begins to appreciate her family for who they are.

I really liked Ruby Tuesday. The story was really intriguing and the characters were very original and well developed. Once I started, I couldn't put the book down. I would definately recommend this book. It's a great read for Spring.
