Then you’ve got Teriana and Marcus, juggling betrayal, guilt, impossible choices, and still somehow managing to be iconic. Marcus especially had me yelling at the pages half the time I wanted to hug him, half the time I wanted to shake him.

This book is non-stop: secrets, sacrifices, battles, and enough emotional punches to knock me out for a week. It’s epic, it’s heartbreaking, and it’s exactly the kind of finale that keeps you thinking about the characters long after the last page.
