Review Detail

I don't give away spoilers in my reviews. This is the first book of Jerry Spinelli's that I've read. I picked it as a book from Kellogg's FeedingReading program.
Stargirl is a quick read. It's a book about being different in a teenage world and the pressures to conform. I would say there was silent bullying. I think it would be a good book for a teen to read who is entering high school, or even a new school.
Stargirl is who she is. She doesn't want to conform and she wants to be exactly who she is.
