This book was amazing! It was a quick read and also was sooo good. I felt like i was a friend of all the characters and it was so unpredictable in a good way in which you didn't know what would happen next. This book is all realistic fiction, kind of like "the clique" except that it isn't a series and that it has a fantasy like middle. This book is amazing, I definitley reccomend it.. DO NOT READ THE SUMMARY ON THE INSIDE COVER IT RUINS EVERYTHING!!!!! BELIEVE ME ON THAT

Every Kate Brian book I've ever read has been good. Sweet 16 is no diffrent!
The main character Teagan is spoiled,rich, and not so nice! The night of her sixteenth birthday nothing is going right and to top it all off A waitress just spilled something all over teagan's expensive new dress! When teagan falls down a flight of stairs into a cellar, A series of events ,quite like a christmas carol, occurs.

At the beginning Teagan is a very spoilt girl. She does everything to make her Sweet 16 perfect. When she goes down to the wine cellar she hits her head, then she a person (kind liker her fairy godmother) comes to take her on a little journey! The first thing she shows her is that her closest friend Lindsee isn't really her friend, she is cheating on Teagan with Teagan's boyfriend, Max. On this journey she learns who are her true friends and by her sulky behavior she has fired her ex-best friends, Emily's aunt and what will happen...
She goes back in time and see why she turned so spoilt and what was she like before she turned spoilt. The fairy godmother turns out to be the future Teagan who died young. She learns that if she doesn't improve her behavior then no one who cares about her will all go and no one will even bother to care about her. In the end she does patches things up.
