Brief Sumary: In The 2000 Year Old Man, Mel Brooks gives the reader a totally different explaination of the world, because he says hes been around to see and explain most of it, 2000 years! He gives hilarious exotic explainations about Moses, God, Jesus, fire, and other famous tales and Myths. The explainations that he provides explain why things are the way they are, and way the world is the way it is are totally out of reach.

My Opinion: I enjoyed this book very much because it was very funny, yet interesting and factual at the same time. It gave me a different view on everything that i have learned in religious school.
Recommandations: I would recommend this book to anyone older that 12, preferably a teenager because adults might not find all the jokes all that funy, while a teenager would laugh uncontrolably. I would also only recommend this book to males be cause there are some parts in the book where Mel Brooks will crack jokes about females.
