Invasion of the Boy Snatchers was another great book of the Clique Series. The Characters are Massie Block, who is rich and the leader of the Clique, Alicia Rivera, rich and once tried to start her own clique but wasn't successful, Dylan Marvil, who's mother is the talkshow host of the Daily Grind and wants to loose some weight, Kristin Gregory, who is poor and going to Octavian Country Day School on a scholarship. She also has a job at the mall to earn some extra money. Then there is Claire Lyons. She and her family moved to the Block's guesthouse and finally is fitting in at her new school. Then comes Nina, Alicia's cousin from Spain. Massie thought she had nothing to worry about with Nina's poor sense of fashion but she was wrong. All the guys at Briarwood are in love with her. Will the Clique stay on top?
At Nina's big welcome party, Massie thought Nina would be a geek with the pictures that she saw of her before. It turns out Nina becomes popular. The Briarwood boys are crazy about her and everything she wears becomes the latest trend. The Clique try to think of a plan to get rid of her and send her back to Spain where she belongs. They try a few plans but aren't very successful. They try to make gum stick to her high heeled boots but that doesn't work. It turned out to be another fashion statement. They also try to tell everyone not to wear what Nina wears and to wear what they want to. That definetly does't work. The last plan works though. This plan takes weeks to costruct and they hope it will really work. Nina tries to steal the Cliques crushes and they don't have anyone to go to their Valentine's day Dance with. Nina put a "Spanish Victory Spell" on the boy's soccer team. It is completely fake but the soccer team still believes it because they really want to win the tournament. The spell says that the boys can't talk to the ones they love. Nina then asked the team to go to the dance with her and they agree. At the lovestruck (Valentine's Day) Dance, the Clique launches their plan. First, they saw Nina's heel with a little saw but not all the way because when she dances it will break. Next, when she falls and breaks her heel, pictures fall from the ceiling of her in Spain. The pictures are really embarrising and Nina goes home to Spain. The Clique is so happy to get rid of her and they go to the boy's soccer game. The team looses their big championship but after, Claire and Massie get their first kiss. They were so excited about that. The boys tell the girls that they couldn't go to the dance with them because of the spell and they understand. Nina was really a theif and a liar.

I have read the serious, but i haven't finished them yet. But i hope i have the chance.
I thought this book was amazing, at first it's a little boring but you just have to get past that and read!
i don't like reading but these books caught my attention.
I loved how the "Clique" was so popular before Nina came in.
It showed me what people can really be like.
Over all i thought this book was amazing!!

Nina V. Massie.
Is the clique breaking up. Oh god.when i started reading this book I COULDNT STOP. i was soooo scared the Pretty comittee was gonna split up. All i could think about was Nina the sex machina HAS TOO GO! and i knew exactly how Massie felt cause something like this happend too me before Exactly this year. The only one of my friends who stayed with me and understood me was My friend Gabby. This book, sadly, reminds me a lot of my own life. But add ten times the Drama... So the whole time i was reading this book i felt as if i were massie and i thought i was gonna throw the book into the fireplace Nina made me so mad. But what also made me mad about this book was when claire wouldnt stop obbsessing over Cam. I mean he sounds hott and sweet and stuff BUT it's like dont make it so obvious. agreed with massie its a major turn off. invasion of the boy snatchers was one of my fav. of the clique books. but my FAVORITE of all time was The Pretty Committe Strikes Back & its Not Easy Being Mean. those were amazing. Anyways. <3 heart u

Massies title as the most popular girl is threatened when Alicias hot cousin, Nina, goes to Octavian for a semester. Nina is stealing the spot light away from Massie and the girls have sneaking suspicions that the spotlight isn't the only thing she's stealing. Other things seem to be stolen too, some precious items have gone missing from Octavian, can Nina be the one behind it? As the title suggests, Nina is soon stealing the attention of Massie's crush Claire's boyfriend, and a new transfer student. Massie is also rivaled by Ninas extensive knowledge of boys and flirting. Massie and her friends launch into several operations to try to ruin Ninas perfect image. But these operations fail and Massie soon finds herself dateless for the upcoming Valentines Day dance

Alicia's cousin Nina comes to town. Nina is hot and ready to steal Westchester's hottest boys. Massie has met her match. When Nina takes over the school along with Dylan and Kristen, Massie, Claire, and Alica find their friends and boys being stolen. Massie plans many sabotages, but they are all foiled until the night of the Valentines Day dance comes. Will Nina get whats coming to her? Or will Massie finally have to settle with being second best?

Another great book in the captivating Clique series. Massie is yet again threatened in her queenship. Nina Alisha's "hott" cousin flys in from Spain and steals all of their Briarwood boy's hearts, or so you think. Although a slow start the book is smooth sailing until the very end when it has you sitting on the edge of your seat. Can't wait for the next one!!!
