If you can't get enough of the "Hills" on MTV then this is the book for you. You learn more about how Heidi and Lauren became friends and get a peak into their lives that are off camera. You learn more about Audrina and her dating life (including that an ex-boyfriend's friend lied and told her that her ex had died!)
You get a lot more insight into Lauren and Jason's relationship as well as Heidi's relationships pre-Spencer.
The best part of the book is getting to hear about scenes that didn't make it into the show, like Audrina's video shoot where she was made up to look awful.
If you love the show then this is a must-read.
