If you are totally crazy over these books then I'm sorry! I have read all of Tamora Pierce's books and this one was not as apealing to me. I thought it was just ok. The thing was the 2 book sort of bored me, also I thought Diane had way to much power! I mean half goddes and a mage?! Way to much power, plus she brought back the dead in the thid book. Still these are realy good books that should be read.
