The Last Days is about a group of kids who form a band. The lead singer, Minerva, is parasite positive and is able to call up the worms. With her voice, they just might be able to save the world.

Most of the book is just about the band making music, and the relationships that form between the each of the members.

I didn't like The Last Days as much as its companion Peeps. It didn't keep me very interested, and the story line just wasn't as good. There wasn't much action like the first book, so there were a lot of dull parts. I was expecting this book to be at least as good as the first, so I was pretty disappointed.
