Something is indeed wrong with her. For the first time in her life, she is forgetting to do homework. It doesnt help that the new class she is required to attend, Friendship and Development, has kids who only seem to want to make fun of her. Bindy cant help but lash back.
There is one unexpected friendship though, with the new guy at school. But at the same time, hes kind of distant, and his motivation for befriending Bindy is unclear until the end of the story.
I really enjoyed reading this novel because it was amazing. I really felt Bindys thoughts and emotions, and that made it all the more realistic. The plot was creative, as are the plots in all of Jaclyn Moriartys novels. I highly recommend this book, especially for fans of The Year of Secret Assignments.
