Bindy Mackenzie is not your typical nerd. She is the nerd, possibly the smartest person you have ever met. So she is hardly happy when her school puts her in a Friendship and Development class, taking her away from her true learning development...So Bindy retaliates against what she calls the Venomous Six (her fellow classmates) in the strangest of ways. But soon she will find she has need of them....in order to stop someone from slowly murdering her...

The book despite the title is not really about the murder although throughout the books there are subtle hints as to who is the murderer. The book is more about Bindy's growth as a person. As she realizes that other people are just as good as her.

This book was fairly entertaining but sometimes I felt annoyed by Bindy. Nevertheless,it was still a good read!

Bindy Mackenzie is a know-it-all.She also tells the truth even if it's hurtful. I really don't know how to describe her because she's so eccentric! In "The murder of Bindy Mackenzie" Bindy is just a regular girl with not many friends. Her high school is making her take a class called "friendship and development" with people she doesn't know or get along with.Throughout the book Bindy is slowly being murdered and the most unlikely people come to her rescue! I would recommend this book to everyone because even though bindy is hardly standable she will fascinate you!
