The second to last Princess Diaries book is extremely good. The eighth book ended with Mia and Michael breaking up and Lily ignoring Mia. These events are about to cause a lot of changes.

For one thing, Mia's not even sure if she wants Lily to be her friend. For another, Lana, her former enemy, has decided to talk to her, making them...friends? And then someone has created a hate website, ihatemiathermopolis.com. Life isn't going good for Mia. And things only become more complicated, especially after Mia discovers a secret that could change her life and Genovia forever.


This book is a quick, entertaining read although readers may find it easy to guess what's going to happen (such as who made the hate website). However, I have to say I loved the ending.
