The summer before Mia starts eleventh grade, she finds an old journal from her freshman year, in which she writes about her first Valentine's Day with Michael. Michael, however, doesn't believe in Valentine's Day, which is made all the more worse by Dr. Steve's (Grandmere's astrologist) prediction that she will end up with a Leo and not Michael. So Mia must get Michael to do something Valentine-like before it's too late.

This was another hilarious installment of The Princess Diaries that warns against giving into the commercialism of Valentine's.
