Jordan wanted a normal life by moving out of her hippie mama's place and into her respectable doctor dad's place. However, Jordan's life is still filled with teen angst with her moody best friend (Melissa), a crush on Melissa's weird older brother, and also a semi-relationship with Kale Kramer, aka Popular Shorty. But what really turns Jordan's life around is that her father is starting an affair with a married woman. You can tell things are about to get crazy...

The plot actually is too long, dragged out, and boring. Honestly, where did all the wonderful praise for this book come from? It was sooo boring.
