... i read the boo for the first time when i was in middle school, had picked it up in the library in trying to sate my need for a good vampire-romance. i found this one--the Silver Kiss--and a few others, and ended up going out to buy a copy of the Silver Kiss after i'd read it. it was just that good. i'vve read a lot of other books since--keeping to the vampire genre--but i think amidst the many that i've read, hard and paperback alike, Silver Kiss remains in the top 5 on my list for reading; mainly for it's Romeo & Juliete air about it, and the way it's simply written while still bringng the reader to feel what the main character feels. it's a book i'll always pick up again when i need a good, qick fix. >^.^<
