With Aaron gone, Call has trouble getting his feet back on the ground. He's torn up because he feels responsible for Aaron's death. To top it off, Call has Constatine's soul within him. It's so hard to keep reminding yourself who you really are when nothing feels right anymore.
Master Joseph believes in Call's ability to bring the dead back to life. He believes that Constatine's soul gives Call that power and it should come easy, but nothing is ever easy when dealing with the dead. Call is lucky to have the support of his friends because a war is coming. It's inevitable and Call needs to determine what side he belongs on, especially since he feels like a prisoner on both sides.
THE SILVER MASK is the third installment of the Magisterium Series. It is full of emotion, action, and all kinds of twists and turns. I loved how Aaron came back. He was, but wasn't himself and it is how I can imagine something like that turning out. The different feelings that Call goes through in this story tugs at your heart and you can feel his struggle through the pages.
Final Verdict: I would recommend this book to people who enjoy fantasy, action, and elementals like Avatar the Last Airbender. I'm excited to see how the series ends in the final installment.
