as i started reading this book, it started to suck me in. this book has everything to make a good book out of: Romance, Suspense, suprises,and action. never a slow part in the book also, you should read the two sequels and final books in the series, The Wizard Heir and The Dragon Heir, which are just as good. similar to harry potter, but still unique it is about to Wariiors who are friends/ love interests that are forced to fight each other.
