Where The Red Fern Grows , is a very emotional book. For example, there's parts where you would feel really happy for the character. There's parts where you feel real sad and could cry . This book gets real intresting the more you read on.Sometimes I can't even put this book down . This book has alot of dedication and hardships. This book has to do with the love between a boy and his 2 hunting dogs. When I read this book it toughed my heat . This book is great for people of all ages to read.It is a magnificent choice to have on your bookshelf.

I read this book with a class! It was so good, but at the ending, no one could keep a tear out of their eye. Yes it's a tear jerker! When a boy works so hard to get money for these two adorable pups, and grows to love them, you get attached and feel the pain.

This book was horrible. It wasn't my taste. I think that the author over exaggerated a little too much. And the part with the cougar was stupid not scary. Of course some people will disagree but I suggest this book only if you want to be bored sick.

if anyone out there read Z A R's review and has read this book im sure they'll agree with me and NOT Z A R.

this is a great book. it's about the love a boy has for his dogs. billy has always wanted a dog so after two long hard years of savinghis money, billy finally has enough to buy 2 hound pus. he names them Ol'Dan and Li'l Ann. he loves them soo much. about everyday they go coon hunting they even enter a coon hunting tournament and how he learns the meaning of true friendship, loyalty, integrity and heroics. i would recommend this book to anyone 12+ and for parents to read with their children.

i believe the best part about this book its the beginning and the ending because in the beggining he gets the 2pups he's always wanted and in the end....well you'll just have to read the book and see.

Where the Red Fern Grows is about a young boy who always wanted some puppies. The problem was that his family didn't have enough money to buy some puppies. So he decided to start saving his money. It's took him a couple years just to save up enough money to go buy the puppies.

The boy and the two puppies become close friends and they all took care of each other. This book is kind of inspirational, yet kind of sad.
